California's 58 county elections officials count all legally cast ballots and include them in the final election results that are published 35 days after each election.

So, we'll have to wait until December 9th for the real result. I would say something about how early ballots have leaned overwhelmingly Dem in this election (supposedly) but I don't want to get my hopes up.
