Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay back, a zillion years ago, my Sunday School did a clowns for Christ thing. White makeup, the whole thing.

I like the derail. Though I don't think the gas-mask clown looks like a vagina. I do have a decent sampling in memory for comparison...
