I'm cringing and laughing at the same time. The comments are priceless though. However, my lunch is now done. Rather lost my appetite.

Let's me honest here - it's not exactly the most appealing tasting substance under "fresh" conditions - let alone collected. Therefore, I'm very sincerely hoping that's a joke and not serious.

iPhone Owner Sues McDonald's for Leaking Wife's Nude Photos

An Arkansas man on Friday filed a lawsuit against McDonald's, alleging a restaurant location uploaded nude photos of his wife onto a web site.

In the suit, Phillip Sherman said he left his phone at a McDonald's location in Fayetteville, Arkansas, and that a manager promised the phone was secured for him to retrieve it. After picking up his iPhone, photos of Sherman's wife Tina Sherman made their way onto a web site -- along with her name, address and contact information, the suit claims.

Fort Lupton Police recently caught members of a high school rock band and about a dozen or so others residents violating the town's noise ordinance. So as a form of punishment the town had them sit in a room for an hour and listen to everything from Barry Manilow to Barney the Purple Dinosaur.
