The Boy saw bacon in the freezer. He is now bugging me to cook it for grilled cheese & bacon sandwiches. I should have never let him try mine all those years ago...

Wait just a cotton pickin' minute here. Bacon grilled cheese sandwiches? Why has this never occured to me before? (perhaps it's my subconcious trying self preservation.)

I might have to give that a try sometime - just to say I have! mmm... with some white cheddar!

We watched an episode of Bill Nye's preachy new show, Stuff Happens. In this episode Bill Nye tried to make me feel guilty about eating bacon because use of anchovies in commercial pig farming feed is contributing to the collapse of world fish populations.

horse (decent)
bear (interesting, but gamey as hell)
rattlesnake (not half bad)
gator (yummo)
sea cucumber (I spewed)
and something else they never did tell me what it was...
