Had gator (tasted like the breading it was coated in), elk, venison, and antelope. Nothing terribly odd. And pheasant. My family hunted when I was a kid.

All of it would be better with bacon.

Rattlesnake is pretty good, though a lot of work for not much meat. But the fact that, once skinned, they're translucent is pretty cool.

I was like 12 or 13 visiting kin in TX. my uncle thought it would be funny to feed me a hunk of the horse meat he was BBQing for the dogs.

I think *actually* having relatives from King of the Hill would be a frightening thing indeed. We lived around rednecks for a while, so it's hilarious for us. I about fell off the couch when it first came on.
