All kids want an undereage drinking party. Graduation used to be the party to do it at. I've attended one of my husband's family's cousins graduation and my own brothers where the parents took all the keys from all the guests who were drinking. No one was allowed to leave until they were sober enough to drive (could stay the night if need be). Yes it was wrong but hey it was a one time thing and they were under parental supervison as well. But hey each to their own.

Across the border, in Idaho, the drinking age was 19 and everyone would hit the State Line nightclubs.. It changed to 21 the year I turned 19, but if you were already 19 at the time you were grandfathered in and allowed to continue partying on.
