I just discovered the other half of my closet is FULL of stuff I used to be able to wear. Now I can wear most of it again. My only issue is that while I weigh less, my shape has definatly changed. My goal for the weekend is to go through my bedroom and actually put stuff away and get rid of all of my size 26 & 28 clothes that no longer fit. I am so excited! I have been putting off cleaning my room forever and now I have an excuse, to find out what I actually have burried in there.

I wish i could stay on the couch all day long. I can't move. Im sore and stiff all over from yesterday. Didn't even drink but feel like i was hit by a truck...lol all for the love of Bon Jovi i guess. The aftermath finally calm and cool for once since the whole announcement and ticket stress.

Hey Euro and NA you should not procrastinate when it comes to car maintenence cuz then you can really end up injured or else damage your cars more than if you took care of them in the first place. |

I feel good because I got a longish bike ride in this morning. I feel baddish because after my shower I discovered my ankle is once again having some issues and I had to ice it. My foot is still cold. Hope it's ok to ride tomorrow and Sunday. Got stuff planned.

I got a call this morning from one of the temp agencies I'm trying to use. The company I was temping for at Christmas wants me next week, Wed-Fri and maybe part of the following week. This would not interfere with the job I'm interviewing for since it wouldn't start until April 23rd.

So last night we saw a Production of Medea at the Orange County High School of the Arts. One of the participants from our Lucent workshop was in the show, so we wanted to show our support. It was a High School production, so still a bit rough around the edges, but none-the-less a rather sophisticated staging of iconic Greek tradgedy. They did a great job of integrating the chorus into the play (I'm always curious to see how chori are addressed in these stagings), using dance and choreography to add to their narrative commentary. It was great fun to see.

It was also fun to walk into a high school drama class - since both of us were Thespians in our past lives, it brought a bit of nostalgia to the mix - and perhaps even a bit of jealousy - I don't think any of the productions I was in reached this level of sophistication. It was also fun to meet our friend after her performance and congratulate her. We also talked to her mom, who we also met at the Lucent workshop (though she didn't participate), and heard how the experience changed her daughter's life. This was her first show, she got in with the audition she worked on in the workshop and she turned her grades around so she could be in the show. It made me all the happier that we were there to show our support. (We of course encouraged her mom to take her to see some more lucent shows - like at Coachella, heh) Afterwards, we did what we used to do anytime after a show - hit a local coffe shop, this time Hof's Hut where we chatted about Greek tragedy, Woody Allen, our high school theater experiences, and much more. A great evening and it just made me feel Good.
