One thing I forgot to mention...Don't panic!
 Oftentimes when providing tech support for family, they sometimes think loosing internet is a life-or-death situation. And since you're basically doing them a favor, don't sweat it. Take your time. This will help you diagnose the problem better. Or they'll lose patience and take it somewhere else. It's a win-win. |
