Thanks! I brought the dressmaker a couple historical costume books and showed her element I liked from two different dresses and that was the happy result.

I concur, girls in tuxes are HAWT.

BTW, thank you Lance for starting this thread. We've been really having a time of it finding a location. It doesn't have to be fancy- just enough room for some balloons, a punch bowl, pot luck finger foods, crazy music an most especially some fun!

Goonie, since you were in that photo you would know, and can now tell us ... under that black velvet cape, was Cherney wearing the classic familly black velvet and lace Little Lord Fauntleroy outfit??

ROFL. No, he was wearing a standard tux. I made the cape and talked him into wearing it (damn thing fell apart & had to be safety pinned too >:| )
