Of the three you mention only Chinatown is particularly BART convenient.

For Chinatown, Powell Street is probably the best stop.

For Golden Gate Park, though, you can take BART to one of the downtown SF stations and then switch to the N-line for MUNI inside the station (1 level up, pay again).

I'm sure there's a reasonably convenient MUNI transfer for the Presidio but I've never done it.
