As Katiesue mentioned, sliding scale insulin is your friend. I wouldn't have missed that Corn Dog for the world !!! (Not to mention the Monte Cristo... )

Still, I try not to do it too often, cos: a minute on the lips and a lifetime on the hips, as they say... *sigh*
