It was kinda unnerving, seeing rather large flames, very close to very dry-looking trees, with our condo complex withing view. Fortunately I could also see the fire trucks already on scene.

So....in her first game since her knee surgery in June, my 15 year old had 12 pts on 5/8 shooting, including 2/3 from 3, 4 assists, 4 steals, 4 rebounds, and only 1 turnover in 24 minutes of play in a 40-32 victory.

Here's hoping she keeps that up!

So, I was just hand-feeding Mufasa a few treats, and Emmy came over. So, I held one out to her, and said, "If you want it, you have to take it out of my hand." So, she did. She smacked it out of my hand with her front paw, then picked it up off the floor.

That cat is a piece of work.
