I like the personality differences on the boards. Some boards are argumentative and I don't participate much, but I'll read, others, like the LoT, are more thoughtful and more like a chat with friends. I don't care for the multiple board scattershot approach, and that was the point of my (duplicate) posts. If I have a topic that is of particular interest to one board or another, I'll keep it to that board, and tailor my OP to that board's personality. If, as in May 5th, I feel the need to share with more than one board, I take into account that the LoT has a limited readership, while at least 2 of the other boards are available to everyone, and there's no need to post on all of them.

I'm not interested in putting anyone on the LoT on ignore. That's the diff between "here" and "there."

Speaking only for myself, the vibe on the LoT strikes me as more mature, respectful, and thoughtful than elsewhere. Otherwise. we'd still all be "there."
