The insightful reaction of my coworker:
"I don't want to see some French guy dancing like Michael to his tunes. There are other shows I'd rather see." This was immediately after reading an obituary of a 25yo with 6 kids who had been shot, then explaining how he must have been making $135,000/yr from welfare and other social services because of his 6 kids. More motivation to stay at my desk and work.
