I'm looking forward to turkey tonight. Not sure what I'll put with it, except stuffing, but there will be turkey.

Tonight: Shepherds Pie using leftover roast lamb.
Tomorrow: Beef Korma Mon: Meatloaf, made with Beef,Pork & Sausage mince. And Hamburger Helper.

Grilled chicken soft tacos (chicken marinated in a little beer with lots of lime juice, brown sugar, salt, lots of pepper, cumin, chili powder and a dash of oil) with grilled veggies so it was almost like fajitas I suppose but done up taco style.
Really delicious and plenty of leftovers for lunch tomorrow at work too.

I was about 80% successful in recreating a famed Pizza Cookery antipasto salad. I lack whatever black magic technology creates the architecturally sound stacks of meat and cheese, as well as the perfect little mozzarella turds. But the flavors and meat:cheese:salad ratio was spot on. I'm most pleased. And craving some greasy pizza.
