I totally rocked my interview on Friday for a job that would literally be perfect for me - lasted 2 hours, with an immediate second interview. When the manager introduced himself to me, his face lit up and he said, "I've been looking so forward to meeting you! I love your portfolio!"

This was directly with the employer - not through an agency. I hope to hear very soon.
