Stupid Computer Tricks

Bill and I both got new iPod Shuffles for Christmas. Bill had his plugged into his computer to charge when a Windows update required him to reboot. He came and got me because Windows wouldn't come back up.

I played around with it for awhile. Nothing. I went into the bios setup and looked around. Then I opened the boot sequence. It went like this:

Floppy (not installed)
Apple iPod
HDD

The damn thing was trying to boot from his Shuffle, which was still plugged in. I unplugged it, exited the bios, and it booted right up!
