Continuing my train of thought in another thread:

People use "literally" too much.

I literally heard someone use the word "literally" like 500 times.

See? Sounds irritating doesn't it?

And the phrase, "it is what it is"... way too much.

I don't mind "like" and "uh" or "um" because I use them.

Somebody shipped me something I bought on eBay using USPS's Flat Rate Priority Mail service. They put the items in a Small Flat Rate Box and then put the box in a Flat Rate Envelope. In order to save $0.25.
