TVP = Textured Vegetable Protein - although, actually, the BBQ I had was seitan, a wheat gluten product. It was convincingly meaty, a bit chewy, but flavored very nicely. I'm curious to go back and try their vegan fried shrimp, and "noble rice" with breaded tofu bits that I am told are very chicken-like. they also serve everyone a complementary miso soup.

I notice on their site that their menus differ by location, and the CA Lovign Huts feature some Mexican inspired items. (vegan nachos, etc.) If anyone has a chance, by all means try it and report your findings here.
