According to a couple of messages I saw this morning from a couple of LoTers, my Facebook account was apparently hacked. I looked and did not see anything out of the ordinary, so perhaps it has been fixed now. Should I be worried? Do I need to do anything at this point?

You probably weren't hacked. You probably clicked a spammy link. It just auto-posts bullsh*t to your wall. You may want to go through the pages you "like" and see if there's anything in there you don't want.
