I just remembered that Mickey Lumbo came over and spent an afternoon visiting with Susan a couple of weeks ago. Female took an instant liking to him and sat in his lap (which is rare - she usually stayed away from people she didn't know).

She probably felt that her life was complete having met such a sweet, wonderful man

I'm sorry for your loss. Female and Charles were kindrid spirits. They bpth held on much longer than anyone thought they would. I'm glad you got to stay with Female and give her love as she passed. I hope her and Charles meet in that place where cats go when they leave us. (I want to go there.)
