At one point I was headed over to Beaumark's place to borrow his handicap placard with the hare-brained idea of ditching my car in some neighborhood relatively near the Resort just to avoid the parking nightmare, but then I found out that streets were backed up for miles, too. Le Bah.
Still - I should have tried
something ... and just being content to miss the whole thing makes me feel as if old age is indeed creeping up on me. Lame.
