Novel idea, but ixnay on the fish sausage! I'd be willing to try it with a hot dog or meat* sausage. However, it couldn't replace my love for fried corn dogs because this method could not produce a crispy crust.
*I know fish is meat, I meant beef, pork, or poultry.
