That's tough. I second what LS said about taking it with you. Luna has some delicious protein bars. I hear you about the sleep. I generally get six hours, but it's very broken up. Indi has decided since the baby is born that he needs to wake up about every hour. He goes back to sleep right away, but it still feels like I've been working all night. I wake up exhausted. A few times last week Michael took him to sleep on the couch because I was just at the end of my rope. It felt so good to sleep four uninterrupted hours. The baby sleeps great. At least seven hours a night. I think I'm sending them back to the couch tonight. Do you just not have enough time to sleep, or can you not sleep because of stress? The Schwarzbein program suggests Calcium and Magnesium before bed for sleep problems, as well as some other supplements that I can't remember. And it lists several 30 second de-stress type of exercises that you are supposed to do during the day. Do you have time for a few minutes of stretching or meditation before bed that might help you sleep better? Hey, LSPE, you wanna come cook for me? Yumm! ![]()
