Actually, if the problem persists, I would clear all cookies and stored files in your browser. I have found the best procedure to accomplish this in IE is to clear both, quit out of IE, open IE back up again, and then clear both one more time.

I haven't had nearly the same problems with Firefox, but I don't use it as much as IE (long story why, but suffice to say it is not personal preference).
