How fast does YOUR money move?

Apparently, mine moves at 3.2 miles per day.

I got a dollar bill in change the other day that had a pink splotch on it. So I investigated further. Turns out it's a stamp that says "Track This Bill www.wheresgeorge.com."

So naturally I did (don't you do what your money tells you to?).

Since January, this dollar has traveled 919 miles.

Has anyone here come across/used this site? It doesn't seem to have any real point, but it's mildly amusing.

I did that once, but I haven't checked the status of the one I entered in a long time. Perhaps I should.

Over the years I've probably received a couple dozen of these bills. Only a couple have ever had interesting routes shown on the site (one had been to France).
