The Bonaventure Hotel (you know, the one that looks like the mothership from Close Encounters upside down), in downtown L.A., has a cool revolving lounge on the top floor. I used to looovvve drinking there. If they haven't changed the policy, you can go just for drinks, or order food, or just hang out with your drinking friends and eat their cheesy poofs. Something for every budget. However, Monday is baking night for me (Happy Birthday, Chris), but Wednesday! Well, what can I say about Wednesday being the best day of the week, ever, for going out. Why, nothing that everybody doesn't already know. Wednesday is delicious, baby. Wednesday is the creme filling of the week. Wednesday is Tivo's night to shine! If Wednesday were a person, he would be your best buddy. Nothing sexual, that's Friday. Wednesday is solid. Wednesday is Lassie. Wednesday is Walt. Waltsday. Yes, let's go out on Waltsday.
