OK - using the same math and replacement theory of the fist clue, the second clue translates as follows
14629-1 = 14628 0123456789 ABCDEFGHIJ so 14628 = BEGCI or BE CGI an obvious reference to the Pixar films, of which Nemo is going into the Sublagoon, and dear old Buzz Lightyear, are both in Tomorrowland, the answer to the second clue
