with all you folks here, I'm embarassed to say when I was there last....as I honestly dont remember. measured in years is about all I can recall.

There are 2 days a year where it's a guaranteed occurance, 4th of July and New Year's Eve. It's pretty rare outside of that, but happens occasionally.
