With 83 percent of the precincts reporting, Fox News has projected George W Bush the winner and lifetime dictator-elect of Iraq. With a staggering 50.5% of the vote, Mr. Bush proclaimed that, "Such an emphatic mandate means that it's ass kicking time in Iraq.
