Sick of SICK!

Well, I've been doing quite a bit to take care of myself lately. I have had allergy tests (pokey x 2 on my back) and found I am NOT allergic to cats and dogs (WHEW!!!!) but am allergic to dust mites and cockroaches. Nice. I bought a Living Air air purifier yesterday so let's hope that helps a bit. Meanwhile, I am taking steroids in pill form for allergies and I had steroids injected in my feet for my plantars faciatis and I start physical therapy on that next week. Meanwhile, I will look like Lou Ferrigno next time you see me.

My new Chiropractor is great and putting me through the paces.

I'm feeling better already. It's about time!!!!!
