In the same circumstance, I could forgive the shooter. Maybe not at her age, but eventually I would.

I can't describe my reasoning by talking about infinite or parallel universes, random chaos, electro-mechanics, free will or mooms. For me, I would see it as the right thing to do. And when I say 'right' I don't mean theology, religion or the lack of either. It's just what I would eventually do. That's me. I have the uncanny ability to see things from another's eyes, even someone who shot a child. But I must say that I saw her pain first and the forgiveness that she speaks of (genuine or not). It's what I do. Sometimes I wish I could turn it off, but I can't and that's fine.
