Okay, Phoenix. I live in Chula Vista. Sometimes called 'Chula Juana'. I haven't turned on the news yet. I guess I should. Those who have good jobs can put in for a day off {who knows if they'll be reprimanded} but those who really can't afford to miss the work will suffer.
