Without judicial warrant, yeah. With judicial warrant, no problem.
ETA: I would argue that the current two party system leads to intimidated and controlled legislators.....by their own parties. Withholding of campaign funds, support of a challange, etc, all largely beholden to voting the party line. Last edited by scaeagles : 05-25-2006 at 01:08 PM. |
