Two I would add to the list:

Grand blond avec une chaussure noire, Le (The tall blonde man with one red shoe). The origional rather than the Tom Hanks remake (although I did like that also)

Roi de coeur, Le (king of heats) - A world war I private comes into a french town where all the locals have fled and left the inmates from the local asylum who are now "living" there.
