No. As a matter of fact, yesterday was one of the most lazy days I've had in a long time. We sat around and watched TV. The most strenuous thing we did was go around the corner to shop for clothes and groceries.

The only thing I can think of is that my upper back's been bugging me again recently, as I mentioned in the "So..." thread. It's happened before, and my time with the massage mat thing actually had it feeling really good last night. But it could be that that just kinda put all the muscles in my back on guard and/or my bad posture in general contributed.
