Like I said, I really don't know. I believe there was an overpass, and it seems to be the most likely possibility. That just horrifies me. As I was an exit away from a CHP station I'm sure anyone stupid enough to do such a thing would get caught. I don't have the energy to make a case out of it, especially since I didn't see a thing.
