I am so very sorry for your loss and the timing.
I did have to smile at one bit, though. My father also had his 'recliner'. If only he would have passed peacefully in it. If your father loved his chair as much as my father did, that would be a nice thing to remember. Many hugs and many more all along the road to your coming to terms with this. He'll always be in your heart and he is a part of you.
