Wowa, that just sent shivers down my spine! Once I was trying to get a knot out of a wet shoe lace when I was a kid. I used my teeth and they slipped off hitting together and sliding and grinding along with the top front against the bottom front teeth. I repeated it trying to get the undone untill I did it four or five times. By the end I felt like I had dental work done with no novicane. I cannot even think about it with out shivers!
