Here's a link with a bit more detail. I like how in your link it is Disney that is going to deport the guy. Even in Florida I don't think Disney has that authority.

I'm still trying to figure out why he ended up in the custody of Brevard County Sheriff. It is my understanding that once under way, even if still in territorial waters, crimes on cruise ships are federal and therefore the FBI has jurisdiction.
