Pardon me, everyone, but I need to vent:

ARRRGGGHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!

I frikking hate financial entities, my credit union in particular. I just came home to find my stupid credit union has charged my account about $150.00 in fees for debit purchases, etc- even though I had plenty in there to cover it. What's worse, they note that I have money in there, and have deducted the fees and purchase charges, but say I have no available funds. (Actually, the recording says I have a specific amount in my balance, but no available funds.) The only thing I can think of was an insurance check we deposited last week is screwing things up, even though the funds were listed as immediately available. The insurance comapany is clueless, and I know I can get it straightened out on monday, but in the interim I can't use my account. I am so pissed.....

Why do these things always happen on a saturday, when you can't do anything about it until the next business day?

Look on the bright side, at least it happened THIS weekend and not next...you'd be SOL for Presidents' Day sales.
