Hell. So much for that schedule. Coutnertop people called to set up times. Turns out...they suck and are only available M-F during business hours. How lame is that? And the earliest they can do it is Oct. 2 for tearout and Oct. 13 for install.
 So new we have to decide whether we're going to put off painting the kitchen until after the installation, or paint it now and hope they don't damage it too badly.
