OK- turns out much better than I thought.

The plumbing issue- the force of the water from the dishwasher popped the hose free from the fixtures under the sink. The fix is easy- reclamp the hose.

The ceiling damage is fairly small- we are going to let it dry, pull off the dry wall tape and ruined popcorn texture. Then retape it and re-popcorn it.

I think the seller will take care of all of it- they are coming out this weekend.
