If they question you, either your idiot friends drew all over you while you were passed out drunk at a party, or it was part of some ritual and how dare they question your religious practices or ask you to cover it up!

They granted me a final extension to the week of Nov. 5th, and said that if I do have to report, it won't be for more than a day.

Thank the gods they considered my plight.

PoohDog snubbed David this afternoon. I wish I had realized it before he left (he was picking up Boy and looking at Chicken). I would have loved to see if his back hair was up.

Normally when you get close to Chicken, Pooh is right there, trying to get his licks in. After the boys left Pooh came up to me to be petted and it dawned on me that he didn't go to David.

When my ex left me, Nala wouldn't even come to him whenever he tried to stop by, and she used to love him. And, he even tried to take her from me. But, whenever he'd come over, she'd come and sit in my lap.

Thank you to everyone who's said nice things or thought nice things. I'm getting a huge amount of negative feedback from the legal world. It's hard when people you had considered role models and mentors tell you to stop trying and that you're not worth anything more than the dregs. It's also hard to go from the hero of the career center to the loser who wasted their time.

So, I do still have one more clerkship interview scheduled, and yes I'd much rather go to Wheeling than Sioux Falls. (And the timing would allow me time to graduate and get Boris's thyroid dealt with before moving.) So, you'd better all have your fingers crossed that he doesn't fill that position before I get a chance to interview.
