I did see that the mayor broke his elbow. I sure hope that this brings more attention to bicyclists. Wasn't it up there that some police harrassed some bikers? Possibly during Critical Mass? Here {in San Diego}, I do see posts from people who relish the thought of running down the riders. Sick, isn't it?

Teresa~I hope you don't come across any. We found tons over on the bayside while out biking in Coronado. Didn't go to the beachside. My friend who did said she didn't see any. If I can I am going to post my husband shots of the jellyfish we saw. We saw tons!!

Last night was fabulous, amode only more fabulous by the appearance of Mousepod, LSPE, Not Afraid and Euro. I hope you all liked the movie. It was great to see it again pn the big screen.

Better still was great to see and give each one of you a HUG.

Yeah, the mayor broke his elbow in the crash. I've seen posturing from people who, yes, would like to run down riders and I think it's awful. Not sure what their problem is.

On a personal happy moment, it only took two weeks of working with him, but the new hound finally laid down on command this morning. We've had to push his feet out from under him until this point. He knows what to do, he wants the treat, but he wouldn't work for it.

Now let's see how long we can keep this going. Good dog!

The movie was great. It was even more fun to be a part of the Snowflake cheering section.

For those not in attendance: Kevin Brownlow (the greatest expert and champion of silent cinema) recommended Snowflake's book during his introduction to the film, and during the post-screening Q&A he referred to her as an expert and even went to her for clarification on an answer. We were so proud.
