That's such a bummer, Moonie! I hope things go as easily as possible. That's one of the things I hate about pine trees, their branches snap off rather eaisily. Though, in that kind of storm all forms of vegitation were giving up body parts.....

Funny thing about that. In real life they don't show up nearly as fast as they do on the TV..... So far the best we have is: "All agents are busy, your expected wait time is more than 10min."
