I like my bacon crispy - so a burger made of bacon isn't going to do it for me. Now - you could take the bacon and not make a burger out of it - but just cook it up and stack it. That would work for me.

Tonight on Masterchef, one team cooked lasagne using a combination of chorizo sausage and pork bellies ground together to make the meat sauce. They won !!

I was thinking of trying it once original recipe, and once with bacon or speck instead of the pork bellies.

My favorite way to eat bacon is as a plain ol' piece of bacon. Cooked in a skillet or the oven. Microwaved as a last resort or if I'm feeling lazy and short on time - which is unlikely I'm cooking bacon at that point anyway.

That bacon above looks like it won't be crispy anymore under the toppings. I'm going to have to reserve voting until I can sample it and decide.
