Rides at Universal Hollywood

After reading Al's report on Universal Hollywood's VIP Tour, I purchased some tickets. However, after having my neck surgery last year, I'm nervous about getting bounced around much.

Now, I can handle Indiana Jones at DL, but not Space Mountain, Matterhorn, or BTMR.

I have not been to Universal since Back to the Future was new, and I'd like to go on the Mummy ride, but the artwork makes it look like a high speed roler coaster. Is it any faster/jerkier than Indy? Does anyone have suggestions of those rides I should be leary of?
