Aw, lady, why would you contain it? Why would I judge, I who cries sometimes during the DISNEYLAND FIREWORKS. They're fireworks, for pete's sake.

Besides, after all of the times we've sniffled over Everwood... the tears we shed at the end of Angel... the trailergasm we had while watching the Return of the King preview? (OK, that last one isn't crying, but it's embarassing nonetheless.) How could I possibly mock or judge the trickle of snot escaping your left nostril because life has begun as life just ended on Lost? How could I sleep at night?

I flat out bawled when Sarah McLachlan sang Angel (reminds me of my grandpa) and another song that reminds me of my uncle. Crying at concerts is a bit odd. It's so public and joyous....and then there's that weird 31 year old brunette bawling and boogering all over her taller thinner blonder tougher younger sister.

I cry during every. single. episode. of. E.R. Every one of them. It's my weekly nose cleansing exercise. It's riDICulous how that damn show makes me cry. Usually it's just a welling up of tears and some snot....other times....flat out bawling. My husband has never watched the show, but when I crawl into bed after ER and cuddle up to him, he always wakes enough to ask what it was that made me cry this time.....once I cried while telling him (when Carter's baby was stillborn).

I cry listening to the Wicked soundtrack. DAMN, I love that CD.

Sometimes I read Bridge to Terabithia, just so I can have an excuse to cry.

I cry during A Little Princess, thinking of the first time we saw it as a family and my tough little Cassidy tomboy cried.

I cry during certain scenes in Sex & the City, especially the final episode. Oh. Just thinking about the final episode makes me a little verklempt.

You know.... my mom always cried during fireworks and during patriotic songs and I thought it was odd.

I cry during fireworks now and I'll know I've officially turned into my mom when I start bawling during Lee Greenwood's "Proud to be an American."

God how I cried at the end of the Angel series. Especially Wes's death.

My ex used to mock me when I cried watching movies/tv. He would always say "it's just a movie/tv show!" & again I say to myself "no wonder we broke up"!

I try my damndest not to cry in front of other people. If I'm by myself, I'll get all weepy at the slightest thing. But if threre are people around, no way!

True that. I was thinking more along the lines of fictional type tv shows. But thanks for salting my wounds.

Here's a little something for you.

I read Brideshead Revisted once a year without fail, and cry every time.

Movie-wise, nothing makes me cry like Shadowlands.

Movies? Not so much crying here. Tv? Not generally. Music? Depends on the time of the month, though some songs get me more frequently than others.
