My birthday is in International Guitar Month, Keep America Beautiful Month, National Anxiety Month, National Humor Month, National Welding Month, National Garden Month, and Uh-Huh Month.

National Anxiety Month, eh? Why would we celebrate anxiety?

What's "Uh-Huh Month"?

Where did these kids get their information? I want to know their sources. I think it's all made up . . . especially since I didn't see Talk Like A Pirate Day on their list.

I just saw libraryvixen's post . . . why isn't "Golfers Day" (in quotes because I think it needs an apostrophe, but I don't want to mess with the name of the holiday lest I offend a golfer or something, but I still don't want people thinking "gee, why can't she use an apostrophe when she needs one?") in National Golf Month?

The lawmakers need to think these things through a little better.

May is Better Sleep Month, National Good Car Care Month, National Photo Month, National Salad Month, National Egg Month, National Barbecue Month, Revise Your Work Schedule Month, Date Your Mate Month, National Hamburger Month, and Fungal Infection Awareness Month.

National Good Car Care Month, eh? May is the month in which one of my cars burst into flames, and a year later I put a nasty scrape/dent in the new one. Not so much.

And MF, Wikipedia seems to agree with their list. At least for April.

Um, can it be all of these foods' month at the same time? I guess you're supposed to barbecue hamburgers and add a side of egg salad.
